AmCap Necessity Retail Fund is a $100 Million value-add real estate investment vehicle focused on high-quality, stabilized necessity retail shopping centers, typically anchored by a leading grocer or necessity retailer tenant, located in the top 100 metropolitan statistical areas in the United States. The Fund is advised by AmCap Management, an asset manager with 40 years of experience owning and operating grocery and necessity retail properties.
An individually numbered PPM and Subscritption Agreement are required to submit business.
